The first restaurant was established in Singapore year 2005. As a private based run - business operation on basic principles to serve new concept in the country, explored and brought as first of its kind by Sebastian Koh , he has brought the idea and executed to open the first of its kind: Brazilian style BBQ – “Churrascaria” for Singapore markets.Executing ideas & principals to start up restaurant business has been challenging and making his self-started at F&B business, with basic idea –that this concept is great for Asia’s Market.

Mr Sebastian Koh - FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR He first ignited his passion for Brazilian Churrasco on a business trip to Rio de Janeiro. He was met with the aroma of the freshly grilled meat from the Churrascarias in Rio…. the pure indulgence of being served an unlimited supply of quality meat, gracefully sliced off a skewer by a smiling passador was unforgettable. His passion for Samba Brazilian Steakhouse first established its roots in Singapore and later branched out into Shanghai, Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia to feed Asia's growing appetite for an exotic dining experience. Our Executive Directors & Expert Grill Master, Peter Michel (right) and Daniel Lira (left), has found a home at Samba Brazilian Steakhouse after ten years of learning, traveling and perfecting the art of being a Gaucho. They have a great level of knife mastery and grilling techniques., they are responsible for creating new and unique cuts for guests, and ensuring they are always cooked to perfection.
