Fully functional service cocktail bar – which is suitable for pre-dinner cocktails – signature Caipirinhas or other aperitifs’. The Bar is fully functional and serving high speed style cocktails full beverage menu and wines for all restaurant areas.

The Caipirinha is our signature cocktail and favorite national drink of Brazil. Fresh lime muddled with sugar and a healthy dash of Brazilian rum, known as ‘Cachaca” (Pronounced “Ka- Cha-Sa”). We also serve a wide variety of tropical cocktails and fresh juices, as well as an extensive choice of draught and bottled beers.

THE WINES

We serve several wines and bubbles by the glass. Our extensive wine list features a large variety of New World and Old World wines, with an emphasis on Brazil, Portugal, Argentina and Chile. We also cellar a full range of fine wines from Bordeaux and Italy.
